Short Bio. I completed my Matura with a focus on biology in Basel, after which I pursued a broad Bachelor of Science in Microengineering at EPFL. I then obtained a Master’s degree in Neuro-X, specializing in signal and data processing and neuroengineering, where my Master’s thesis involved working with transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation (tSCS).

I joined the Mat-Tech Lab for a semester project, jointly supervised by Prof. B. Franceschiello and the MIP Lab in Geneva, where I focused on the reconstruction and analysis of spinal cord fMRI images using a radial acquisition format. Following this experience, I returned for a summer internship, motivated by the excellent team and work environment, where I contributed to the documentation of the open-source software Monalisa before continuing with my Master’s degree.
