Research Interests. MRI image reconstruction.
Short Bio.
I studied Physics at ETH Zurich, with a focus on mathematics and computer programming.
My keen interest in biological systems naturally led me to Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) reconstruction. I completed a PhD on this topic in 2018 at CHUV and the University Hospital of Lausanne. I then joined the Cardiovascular Imaging Lab (CVMR) at CHUV and the Center for Biomedical Imaging (CIBM) as a post-doctoral researcher for five years, during which I began implementing iterative MRI reconstructions for cardiac MRI.
After my post-doctoral position in Lausanne, I spent one year as a research scientist in Bordeaux (France), before joining the Mat-Tech Lab at HES-SO Valais–Wallis in Sion in 2024.
