Istanbul Kültür University (IKU) was established by the Kültür College Education Foundation (KEV) in 1997. Having an international climate, IKU provides education with a total of 700 academic staff to 13,388 students in 8 faculties for undergraduate degree, in IKU Vocational School and Justice Vocational School for associate degree and at the Graduate Education Institute for the master's and doctorate degrees. IKU provides service in four separate campuses.
The workshop will take place in Istanbul University Bakirkoy Campus Atakoy Building which is on the European side of the city.
IKU is an urban university surrounded by modern shopping malls.

There are two airports serving in Istanbul. IGA Istanbul Airport is the closer one to the venue on the European side of the town. Transfers from the IST airport can be done by metro or by Havaist shuttles. Average time from IST airport to the hotel/venue is about 90 min.

Istanbul has two large international airports serving in each continent part of the city. Istanbul Grand Airport (IST) on the European side is a major transit point for flights across the globe with direct flights to and from 301 international destinations making it easy to access for the participants. Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) is on the Anatolian side of the city. You can reach the city center from the airport by metro lines or Havaist shuttles.

The target group of this workshop is the Mediterranean countries; most of the countries in this area are exempt from visa to enter Türkiye but participants from some countries (Libya, Egypt, Syria, Palestine, Cyprus) are required to have a visa which can be obtained electronically.
