The Mediterranean Regional SHAW-IAU Workshop on ASTronomy for EDucation (MASTED) will be held between 16 – 20 October 2024 in person at Istanbul Kultur University in Istanbul, Türkiye.
English is the official language of the workshop.
FRESCO project residency meeting organised by IAU OAE Center Italy will take place in the same venue between 13-16 October 2024.
The FRESCO project, led by the IAU OAE Centre Italy (I-OAE), is an international collaborative project that aims to co-design different educational resources for children up to 12 years of age using the game-based learning method. Astronomy education experts from 11 countries will attend the FRESCO Residency Meeting in a 4-day event and will be organised as a joint event with the MASTED workshop.
MASTED workshop registration will start at 2 pm on Wednesday October 16th, 2024 at Istanbul Kültür University Bakırköy campus Ataköy building.
