These policies are in place to support a safe, respectful, and consistent experience for all clients. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies. You will also be asked to review and acknowledge them as part of your intake process prior to your first session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. In order to respect both my time and the needs of other clients, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the service fee charged to the card on file
Repeated late cancellations or rescheduling may result in restricted access to online booking
I understand that schedules can change and emergencies arise, and I’m always happy to accommodate adjustments when appropriate.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible.
Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients, but I will do my absolute best to make the most of your time on the table.
Arrivals 30 minutes or more past the scheduled time will be considered a missed appointment and subject to a 50% charge
If I ever need to cancel your session on short notice, your next appointment will be offered at no cost. Your time is valued, and I aim to offer the same level of respect in return.
Refusal or Discontinuation of Service
For the safety and well-being of both client and practitioner, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time.
This may include, but is not limited to:
Signs of intoxication
Inappropriate, or suggestive behavior
Disrespectful, discriminatory, or unsafe conduct
Illness, fever, or infectious conditions
Unidentified or contagious skin conditions (such as rashes or bites)
If a session is declined or ended due to the above, the appointment will incur a 50% charge, and future bookings may not be permitted.
This is a professional, body-positive, and respectful space. Thank you in advance for helping maintain a safe environment!
