Have a light snack and hydrate beforehand
If you have long hair, bring a hair tie
Wear or bring comfortable clothing if you’d like work done over clothes or stretching included
Showering beforehand is ideal, if possible

I offer a personalized, therapeutic, and integrative approach. Sessions blend techniques based on your needs and typically use light to medium pressure to relieve tension and support nervous system regulation.
Rather than choosing from a fixed menu, your session is guided by your goals and what your body needs that day! If you'd like to get more insight into the kind of work I do and if it sounds like what you're looking for, please check out the 'Therapeutic Approach' section on this site.
Not at all. You may undress to your comfort level or remain fully clothed. Most clients will undress down to their underwear for a traditional session where oil or lotion is used, but some will opt to leave on biker shorts or other comfortable clothing. Completely up to you and your goals for the session. You will always be professionally draped (with the exception of the part of the body we are currently working on.)
This is your time! You’re welcome to talk or rest quietly, I will follow your lead. But please do speak up if you need adjustments to pressure, positioning, temperature, or anything else. Your feedback is always welcome and encouraged!
Let me know at any time. Pressure can be adjusted throughout the session, and preferences may vary by area. Massage should never feel painful or overwhelming. My goal is to support your body into a relaxed, parasympathetic state.
Your feedback is essential. If something doesn’t feel right, we will adjust. You are always in control of your experience and can change or withdraw consent at any time.
That’s a great sign you’re relaxed. It’s always welcome.
