I integrate a variety of modalities, including but not limited to Swedish/Western massage, Reflexology, Manual Lymphatic drainage, Prenatal and Postpartum care to help alleviate tension, restore balance, and support the body in a way that feels safe and sustainable.

Sessions with me are intentionally paced and guided by the body. I focus on listening, moving slowly, allowing time for the muscles and connective tissues to soften and receive the work, rather than physically forcing a change. My belief is when we allow the body the time to let us in, we're able to have more of an impact (and better results for our goals!)
My approach centers on supporting the nervous system. While we address physical tension, the goal is also to promote a deeper sense of regulation, helping you leave your session not only feeling better in your body, but more grounded, calm, and connected.
