This programme aims to establish a multi‑layered and organically integrated international collaboration ecosystem that goes beyond conventional models of joint research. 11 institutions from Japan and the United Kingdom (7 in Japan and 4 in the UK), spanning diverse areas of expertise, including spin qubits, quantum metrology standards, ultra‑low‑temperature measurement, and machine learning, will work in close coordination to form a web‑like network in which multiple research groups are interconnected. Through this structure, the programme seeks to promote the circulation of knowledge across disciplinary boundaries and to foster the creation of collaborative research activities.
