Policy Regarding Renters / House Sitters / Home Exchanges
• The member needs to inform the Board of the dates that the non-members will be using their membership, their names and contact information.
• The member must leave information for the Board on how to contact the member family while they are away.
• The non-members staying in the member’s home must use the gate key given to the homeowner. Non-members will not be issued their own gate key.
• The non-members staying in the member’s home should sign in under the member’s name.
• The member must give non-members staying in their home a copy of the rules and make sure they understand them (it is still the member’s responsibility that the rules are followed).
• The non-members staying in the member’s home must complete and sign the Shareholder or Summer Member Invoice Form (without payment) that gives their information and requires that they sign saying they have read and will follow the Pool Rules.
• If the non-members staying in the member’s home have children that are 10+ and want to leave them at the pool when the lifeguards are on duty, the non-members must fill out the Permission Slip for Unaccompanied Minors.
The member should email the information and completed form(s) to the President, Membership Director and Lifeguard Director.
*If those renters, house sitters or home exchange participants are interested in getting their own membership once they are no longer in those situations, they may contact the Membership Director to add their name to the waiting list and will participate in the regular membership process.
