Ronald K. Netolitzky M.Sc.

Executive Chairman & Director


Mr. Netolitzky has been very successful in mining exploration with over 40 years of experience and having been directly associated with three major gold discoveries in Canada that have subsequently been put into production: Eskay Creek, Snip and Brewery Creek. He is a director of several publicly traded exploration companies. Mr. Netolitzky has been honored with the Prospector of the Year award from the PDAC, and Developer of the Year award from the BC & Yukon Chamber of Mines. In 2015, he was inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame.

James B. Engdahl

Director


A former Vice President of Barclays Bank of Canada, Mr. Enghdahl has been involved in leadership of different public companies, including Pacific & Western Trust, Shore Gold Inc., Claude Resources Inc. He was also the Regional Advisory Partner of the corporate finance arm of one of Western Canada's largest accounting firms. This position came as a result of the accounting firm's purchase of Cascadia Ventures Inc., a corporate financing and consulting group responsible for raising project financing in excess of $100 million of which he was Managing Partner.

He is also a former President, CEO & Director of Great Western Mineral Group Ltd. ("GWMG") as well as a former Director for Great Western Diamonds ("GWD"), both are publicly traded companies listed on the TSX. During his tenure, the companies were involved in advanced development of a Rare Earth deposit as well as exploration of a diamond bearing kimberlitic deposit in Saskatchewan. Subsequently GWD was sold in 2009 so the company could maintain focus on building one of the world's premiere Rare Earth companies.

During his 7 years at GWMG Jim was responsible for raising over $150,000,000 for the company as well as acquiring one of the highest-grade Rare Earth mines in the world via a creeping takeover. During this time, he was also responsible for the acquisition of one of the only Rare Earth alloy plants outside of China providing key magnet alloys to most of the Rare Earth magnet users of the world.

Steven H. Goldman

Director


Steven H. Goldman was appointed President and CEO of Comstock Metals Ltd. in May, 2019, and has been a director of Comstock since February 2016. He was a founder of the Toronto law firm of Goldman Hine LLP and remains counsel to the firm. Mr. Goldman is a director of Select Sands Corp. (SNS.V) as well as an advisor to Alberta based E3 Metals Corp. (ETMC.V), a lithium development company. After graduating from Carleton University in 1976 (B.A., President’s Medal), he earned a JD degree from Queen’s University in 1980, and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1982.

Chartered Accountant, retired with a B. Comm. From the University of Alberta (1969) and past senior officer of MacMillan Bloedel Limited and current and former chief financial officer, director and audit committee member of various publicly traded mineral exploration companies.

Rodney H. Spooner P.Eng, P.Geo

Director


P.Eng and P.Geo., Saskatchewan Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists with a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Saskatoon (1972) with over 40 years in the mineral exploration and processing industry. He has founded and held senior management and board positions with junior companies past and present.
