ISALO 利用規約

第1条（本規約の適用）
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、Akira Takahashi（以下「開発者」といいます）が提供する iOS アプリケーション「ISALO」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者（以下「ユーザー」といいます）は、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第2条（本アプリの概要）
本アプリは、ユーザーが観た映画を「映画半券」の世界観で記録・振り返るためのアプリです。映画の鑑賞記録、評価、メモ、鑑賞場所、見たいリスト等をユーザー自身の端末に保存します。
第3条（利用料金）
1. 本アプリは基本無料で利用できます。
2. 一部の機能は、有料のサブスクリプション（以下「Premium」といいます）として提供される場合があります。Premium の料金・課金期間・自動更新の条件は、App Store の購入画面に表示される内容に従います。
3. 課金・請求・返金は Apple（App Store）を通じて行われます。返金については Apple の定めるポリシーに従うものとし、開発者は原則として返金対応を行いません。
4. サブスクリプションは、購入期間終了の24時間以上前に自動更新を解除しない限り、自動的に更新されます。自動更新の解除は、App Store のアカウント設定から行えます。
第4条（ユーザーの責任）
1. ユーザーは、自己の責任において本アプリを利用するものとします。
2. ユーザーが本アプリに入力・保存したデータの管理はユーザー自身の責任で行うものとします。開発者は、端末の故障・紛失・機種変更・アプリの削除等によるデータの消失について、一切の責任を負いません。
3. ユーザーは、法令または公序良俗に違反する目的で本アプリを利用してはなりません。
第5条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、次の行為を行ってはなりません。
1. 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、その他ソースコードを解析する行為。
2. 本アプリまたはそのバックエンドサービスに対して、不正なアクセスや過度な負荷を与える行為。
3. 開発者または第三者の知的財産権、その他の権利を侵害する行為。
4. その他、開発者が不適切と判断する行為。
第6条（知的財産権）
1. 本アプリおよびそれに関連するプログラム、デザイン、ロゴ等に関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
2. 本アプリ内で表示される映画情報・ポスター画像等は、The Movie Database（TMDB）が提供するデータを利用しています。これらの著作権は各権利者に帰属します。本アプリは TMDB により承認・提供されたものではありません（This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB）。
第7条（免責事項）
1. 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、開発者はその完全性、正確性、有用性、特定目的への適合性等について、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。
2. 本アプリで表示される映画情報は第三者（TMDB）から取得したものであり、その内容の正確性・最新性を保証するものではありません。
3. 開発者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能によってユーザーに生じたいかなる損害についても、責任を負いません。
第8条（サービスの変更・中断・終了）
開発者は、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容の変更、提供の中断または終了を行うことができます。これによりユーザーに生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。
第9条（本規約の変更）
開発者は、必要と判断した場合、ユーザーへの事前の通知なく本規約を変更することができます。変更後の本規約は、本ページに掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。
第10条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
本規約の解釈および適用は日本法に準拠するものとします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、開発者の住所地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Application of These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS application "ISALO" ("the App") provided by Akira Takahashi ("the Developer"). By using the App, you ("the User") are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
2. Overview of the App
The App allows Users to record and look back on the movies they have watched in the style of a "movie ticket stub." Viewing records, ratings, notes, viewing places, watchlists, and similar data are stored on the User's own device.
3. Fees
1. The App is available free of charge for basic use.
2. Certain features may be offered as a paid subscription ("Premium"). The price, billing period, and auto-renewal terms of Premium follow what is displayed on the App Store purchase screen.
3. All billing, payment, and refunds are processed through Apple (the App Store). Refunds are subject to Apple's policies, and the Developer does not, in principle, handle refunds directly.
4. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Auto-renewal can be managed in your App Store account settings.
4. User Responsibilities
1. The User uses the App at their own responsibility.
2. The User is responsible for managing the data they enter and store in the App. The Developer bears no responsibility for any loss of data due to device failure, loss, device change, deletion of the App, or similar causes.
3. The User must not use the App for any purpose that violates laws or public order and morals.
5. Prohibited Conduct
In using the App, the User must not engage in any of the following:
1. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise analyzing the source code of the App.
2. Gaining unauthorized access to, or placing excessive load on, the App or its backend services.
3. Infringing the intellectual property or other rights of the Developer or any third party.
4. Any other conduct the Developer deems inappropriate.
6. Intellectual Property
1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the App and its related programs, designs, and logos belong to the Developer or the rightful owners.
2. Movie information and poster images displayed in the App use data provided by The Movie Database (TMDB); their copyrights belong to the respective owners. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
7. Disclaimer
1. The App is provided "as is." The Developer makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, as to its completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. Movie information shown in the App is obtained from a third party (TMDB), and its accuracy or timeliness is not guaranteed.
3. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
8. Changes, Suspension, or Termination of the Service
The Developer may change, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice to Users. The Developer bears no responsibility for any damages arising therefrom.
9. Changes to These Terms
The Developer may amend these Terms without prior notice when deemed necessary. The amended Terms take effect when posted on this page.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute relating to the App, the court having jurisdiction over the Developer's location shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
