Akira Takahashi（以下「開発者」といいます）は、提供する iOS アプリケーション「ISALO」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）におけるユーザーの情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。
1. 基本方針
本アプリは、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、収集する情報を必要最小限にとどめることを基本方針とします。本アプリは、ユーザーの氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号等の個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。また、アカウント登録やログインを必要としません。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
ユーザーが本アプリに入力・記録する以下の情報は、すべてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存され、開発者のサーバーに送信・保存されることはありません。
・映画の鑑賞記録（タイトル、評価、鑑賞日、鑑賞場所、メモ、タグ等）
・見たい映画のリスト
・ユーザーが登録した鑑賞場所
・記録に付随して端末内に保存される映画のポスター画像
これらの情報は、端末上のアプリ内領域に保存されます。アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も端末から削除されます。開発者はこれらの情報にアクセスできません。
3. 映画情報の取得のために送信される情報
本アプリは、映画のタイトルや書誌情報、ポスター画像を取得するため、開発者が運用する中継サーバー（AWS 上のプロキシ、リージョン：東京 ap-northeast-1）を経由して The Movie Database（TMDB）のデータを取得します。この際、以下の情報が送信されます。
・ユーザーが検索のために入力した文字列（作品名・監督名など）
・作品を特定するための識別子や、絞り込み条件（年・国・言語・地域など）
送信されるのは映画を検索・特定するための情報のみであり、鑑賞記録・評価・メモ・鑑賞場所などのユーザーの記録内容は送信されません。また、氏名等の個人情報や、ユーザーを識別するためのアカウント情報も送信されません。中継サーバーは、TMDB から取得した映画情報を一定期間キャッシュ（保存）することがありますが、キャッシュされるのは映画情報であり、ユーザーの検索語そのものを恒久的に蓄積するものではありません。
なお、ポスター画像は TMDB の画像配信サーバー（image.tmdb.org）から直接取得します。
4. 第三者サービス
本アプリは、以下の第三者サービスを利用します。それぞれのサービスにおける情報の取り扱いは、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
・The Movie Database（TMDB）
目的：映画情報・ポスター画像の取得
送信される主な情報：検索語、作品識別子等（個人情報なし）
・Amazon Web Services（AWS）
目的：上記 TMDB データの中継・キャッシュ
送信される主な情報：上記と同じ
・Apple（App Store / StoreKit）
目的：課金・サブスクリプションの処理、アプリ評価
送信される主な情報：課金は Apple が処理（本アプリは決済情報を受け取りません）
・Apple（App Store 検索 API）
目的：設定画面での「他のアプリ」の表示
送信される主な情報：開発者アプリの取得のみ（個人情報なし）
・Google（Firebase Analytics）
目的：アプリの利用状況の把握・品質改善のための匿名のアクセス解析
送信される主な情報：後述する匿名の利用状況データ（個人を特定できる情報は含みません）
・Google フォーム
目的：お問い合わせ・フィードバックの受付
送信される主な情報：ユーザーがフォームに任意で入力した内容
・本アプリは、広告を配信しません。
・本アプリは、ユーザーを個人として特定するための行動トラッキングや、第三者への情報の販売・共有を目的としたトラッキングは行いません。
・お問い合わせに Google フォームを利用した場合、フォームに入力された内容は Google のサービスを通じて開発者に送信されます。フォームの利用は任意です。
5. 利用状況の分析（アクセス解析）
本アプリは、アプリの利用状況を把握し、品質および使い勝手を改善する目的で、Google が提供する Firebase Analytics を利用します。この解析で取得されるのは、以下のような匿名の利用状況データです。
・アプリ内で表示された画面や利用された機能、操作の回数
・アプリの起動回数やセッション（利用時間）に関する情報
・端末の種別、OS のバージョン、アプリのバージョン、言語・地域などの環境情報
・アプリの不具合（クラッシュ）に関する情報
これらのデータは統計的に集計され、個々のユーザーを特定する目的では利用しません。本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号等の個人を特定できる情報を Firebase Analytics に送信しません。また、ユーザーが本アプリに記録した鑑賞記録・評価・メモ・鑑賞場所などの内容を送信することもありません。
取得されたデータは Google のサーバーに送信・保存され、Google のプライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約に従って取り扱われます。Firebase における情報の取り扱いについては、Google のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）をご参照ください。
6. 課金情報
本アプリの有料機能（Premium）の課金は、Apple の App Store（StoreKit）を通じて行われます。クレジットカード番号等の決済情報は Apple が管理し、開発者がこれらを取得・保存することはありません。
7. 端末の権限
本アプリは、次の場合にのみ端末の権限を求めます。
・写真ライブラリへの追加：ユーザーが作成した半券（チケット）画像を「写真」アプリに保存する操作を行った場合にのみ、写真ライブラリへの追加権限を求めます。本アプリが写真ライブラリを読み取ることはありません。
位置情報、カメラ、連絡先、マイク等の権限は使用しません。
8. 児童のプライバシー
本アプリは、特定の年齢層を対象とするものではありませんが、個人を特定できる情報を収集しない設計のため、児童から個人情報を収集することはありません。
9. 情報の第三者提供
開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの情報を第三者に提供・販売することはありません。前述の Firebase Analytics による匿名の利用状況データは、アプリの品質改善を目的として Google のサービス上で処理されるものであり、ユーザーを個人として特定して第三者へ提供・販売するものではありません。
10. 本ポリシーの変更
開発者は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の本ポリシーは、本ページに掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。

ISALO Privacy Policy

Akira Takahashi ("the Developer") establishes this Privacy Policy ("this Policy") regarding the handling of user information in the iOS application "ISALO" ("the App").
1. Basic Policy
The App respects user privacy and limits the information it collects to the minimum necessary. The App does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number, and does not require account registration or login.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The following information that the User enters or records in the App is stored solely on the User's device and is never transmitted to or stored on the Developer's servers:
・Movie viewing records (title, rating, viewing date, viewing place, notes, tags, etc.)
・Watchlist of movies you want to see
・Viewing places registered by the User
・Movie poster images saved on the device alongside records
This information is stored within the app's storage area on the device. Deleting the App also deletes this information from the device. The Developer cannot access this information.
3. Information Sent to Retrieve Movie Data
To retrieve movie titles, bibliographic data, and poster images, the App obtains data from The Movie Database (TMDB) through a relay server operated by the Developer (a proxy on AWS, region: Tokyo ap-northeast-1). In doing so, the following information is transmitted:
・Text entered by the User for searching (movie titles, director names, etc.)
・Identifiers used to specify a movie, and filter conditions (year, country, language, region, etc.)
Only information used to search for and identify movies is transmitted; the content of the User's records — viewing records, ratings, notes, viewing places, and the like — is not transmitted. No personal information such as your name, nor any account information identifying the User, is transmitted. The relay server may cache movie information obtained from TMDB for a certain period, but what is cached is movie information; it does not permanently accumulate the User's search terms themselves.
Poster images are obtained directly from TMDB's image delivery server (image.tmdb.org).
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services. The handling of information by each service is governed by that service's own privacy policy.
・The Movie Database (TMDB)
Purpose: Retrieving movie data and poster images
Main information transmitted: Search terms, movie identifiers, etc. (no personal information)
・Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Purpose: Relaying and caching the TMDB data above
Main information transmitted: Same as above
・Apple (App Store / StoreKit)
Purpose: Processing purchases and subscriptions, app rating
Main information transmitted: Purchases are processed by Apple (the App does not receive payment information)
・Apple (App Store search API)
Purpose: Displaying "other apps" on the settings screen
Main information transmitted: Retrieval of the developer's apps only (no personal information)
・Google (Firebase Analytics)
Purpose: Anonymous usage analytics to understand app usage and improve quality
Main information transmitted: The anonymous usage data described below (contains no personally identifiable information)
・Google Forms
Purpose: Receiving inquiries and feedback
Main information transmitted: Content the User voluntarily enters in the form
・The App does not serve advertisements.
・The App does not perform behavioral tracking to identify Users as individuals, nor tracking intended to sell or share information with third parties.
・If you use Google Forms for inquiries, the content you enter is sent to the Developer through Google's services. Use of the form is voluntary.
5. Usage Analytics
The App uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google, to understand how the App is used and to improve its quality and usability. The analytics collect anonymous usage data such as the following:
・Which screens and features are viewed or used within the App, and how often
・Information about app launches and sessions (usage time)
・Environment information such as device type, OS version, app version, and language/region
・Information about app malfunctions (crashes)
This data is aggregated statistically and is not used to identify individual Users. The App does not send personally identifiable information — such as your name, email address, or phone number — to Firebase Analytics. Nor does it send the content you record in the App, such as viewing records, ratings, notes, or viewing places.
The collected data is transmitted to and stored on Google's servers and is handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and Terms. For how Firebase handles information, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
6. Billing Information
Billing for the App's paid features (Premium) is handled through Apple's App Store (StoreKit). Payment information such as credit card numbers is managed by Apple; the Developer does not obtain or store it.
7. Device Permissions
The App requests device permissions only in the following case:
・Adding to the photo library: Only when the User chooses to save a ticket-stub image they created to the Photos app does the App request permission to add to the photo library. The App does not read the photo library.
The App does not use location, camera, contacts, microphone, or similar permissions.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at any particular age group, but because it is designed not to collect personally identifiable information, it does not collect personal information from children.
9. Provision to Third Parties
Except as required by law, the Developer does not provide or sell user information to third parties. The anonymous usage data collected via Firebase Analytics described above is processed on Google's services for the purpose of improving the App's quality, and is not provided or sold to third parties in a manner that identifies Users as individuals.
10. Changes to This Policy
The Developer may revise this Policy as necessary. The revised Policy takes effect when posted on this page.
