AdWidget 利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、AdWidget（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用になる前に、本規約をよくお読みください。本アプリを利用することにより、お客様は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第1条（適用）
1. 本規約は、本アプリの提供条件及び本アプリの利用に関する開発者とユーザーとの間の権利義務関係を定めることを目的とし、ユーザーと開発者との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。
2. 本規約の内容と、前項のルールその他の本規約外における本アプリの説明等とが異なる場合は、本規約の規定が優先して適用されるものとします。
第2条（本アプリの内容）
1. 本アプリは、Google AdMobの収益データを閲覧するためのアプリケーションです。
2. 本アプリは、ユーザーのGoogle アカウントを使用してGoogle AdMob APIにアクセスし、収益情報を取得・表示します。
3. 本アプリは、iOSウィジェット機能を提供し、ホーム画面から収益情報を確認できます。
第3条（ユーザーの責任）
ユーザーは、自己の責任において本アプリを利用するものとし、法令や公序良俗に違反する行為、または本アプリの運営を妨害する行為を行ってはならないものとします。
第4条（認証情報の管理）
ユーザーは、Googleアカウントの認証情報を自己の責任において適切に管理するものとします。
第5条（免責事項）
1. 開発者は、本アプリの完全性、正確性、安全性等を保証するものではありません。
2. 開発者は、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。
3. Google AdMob APIの仕様変更やサービス停止により、本アプリが正常に動作しなくなる場合があります。
第6条（サービス内容の変更・停止）
開発者は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更、または提供を停止・終了することができます。メンテナンス、システム障害、外部サービスの停止等により、本アプリが利用できなくなる場合があります。
第7条（知的財産権）
本アプリに関する知的財産権は開発者に帰属します。
第8条（利用規約の変更）
開発者は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の本規約は、本アプリ内に掲示された時点より効力を生じるものとします。
第9条（個人情報の取扱い）
開発者は、本アプリの利用によって取得する個人情報については、開発者「プライバシーポリシー」に従い適切に取り扱うものとします。
第10条（準拠法）
本規約は、日本法に準拠します。
第11条（お問い合わせ）
本規約に関するお問い合わせは、本アプリ内の設定画面よりご連絡ください。

AdWidget Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of AdWidget (the "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
1. These Terms are intended to set forth the conditions for providing the App and the rights and obligations between the Developer and Users regarding the use of the App, and shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Developer regarding the use of the App.
2. If there is any discrepancy between the content of these Terms and descriptions of the App outside these Terms, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail.
Article 2 (App Content)
1. The App is an application for viewing Google AdMob revenue data.
2. The App accesses the Google AdMob API using the User's Google account to retrieve and display revenue information.
3. The App provides iOS widget functionality, allowing Users to check revenue information from the home screen.
Article 3 (User Responsibilities)
Users shall use the App at their own responsibility and shall not engage in acts that violate laws, public order, or interfere with the operation of the App.
Article 4 (Management of Authentication Information)
Users shall manage their Google account authentication information appropriately at their own responsibility.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
1. The Developer does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or safety of the App.
2. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
3. The App may not function properly due to changes in Google AdMob API specifications or service interruptions.
Article 6 (Changes and Suspension of Service)
The Developer may change the content of the App or suspend or terminate the provision of the App without prior notice. The App may become unavailable due to maintenance, system failures, external service interruptions, etc.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Developer.
Article 8 (Changes to Terms of Service)
The Developer may change these Terms at any time without notice to Users if deemed necessary. The revised Terms shall become effective from the time they are posted in the App.
Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Developer shall appropriately handle personal information obtained through the use of the App in accordance with the Developer's "Privacy Policy."
Article 10 (Governing Law)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
