At the restaurant, the party starts with a "Meet & Greet" which includes free non-alcoholic drinks or a cash bar for cocktails. Dinner begins with an assortment of cheeses with deluxe crackers, fresh fruit, vegetables, and dip. Next is a fresh salad and homemade breadsticks. Also included with the dinners are a baked potato, a vegetable, soft drinks, coffee, tea, and a desert station. For Vegetarians or Gluten Free menus, ask the server at the dinner for a regular dinner menu. The dinner is a choice of one entrée per guest from the following special menu:

Chicken Italiano with Shrimp

10 oz. New York Strip Steak

Fresh Atlantic Salmon

Shrimp New Orleans

Single Crab Cake (9 oz.)

Lasagna

After dinner, there will be the usually gift exchange, also called a "White Elephant." Those who wished to participate in the gift exchange should bring a wrapped gift worth approximately $20 to $25. It does not have to be Amateur Radio related.

Near the end of the party, there are door prizes that both club members and guests can win, except for the top prize. Only club members were eligible for the top prize, which in recent years has been a handheld transceiver.
