Teaching Philosophy
As a teacher, I am committed to giving 100% of my dedication and knowledge to students who are passionate about learning piano. I strive to create a supportive and inspiring environment where each student can achieve their full potential. Clear and open communication with families is an integral part of my approach, ensuring we work together towards the goals we discuss.
Students have a responsibility to practice daily to achieve greater results and progress in their musical journey. Families play a crucial role in this process by providing a suitable instrument and necessary materials for practice at home. For students interested in pursuing AMEB examinations, discipline and effective time management are essential to ensure consistent and focused piano practice.
I also encourage all students to participate in an Annual Piano Concert, which offers them the invaluable experience of performing on stage. This event helps students develop confidence, learn to manage nerves, and refine their ability to perform under pressure.
By combining technical mastery, creative exploration, and performance opportunities, I aim to guide my students toward a fulfilling and enjoyable musical journey.
