Around the world, teachers and coaches are exploring how a coaching approach can support learning.

The TwC Supporters Group brings many of them together from:

Africa

India

Scandinavia

Europe

UK and

USA

There are now over a thousand members, from every continent.

• Some are just beginning.

• Some are experienced teachers.

• Some are trained or certified coaches.

All are interested in developing their work with students.

You are welcome wherever you are

You don’t need to have experience of coaching.

• Most members are taking their first steps.

• Others are already using coaching approaches in their classrooms and schools.

• Some members are experienced educators and certified coaches.

Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome.

You don’t have to contribute. You can simply listen and explore.

What happens in the group

In the group, you will find:

• coaching tips and practical ideas

• short stories from classrooms

• lesson structures using a coaching approach

• reflections from teachers and coaches

These are shared regularly to support your thinking and practice.

Live conversations

We also meet live each week.

• Mondays

• Fridays

• and sometimes additional meetings are announced in the Supporters Group.

These are informal opportunities to:

• talk about real classroom experiences

• share challenges and successes

• reflect together

• learn from one another
