Welcome to Mars 112!

Mars 112 is a multi-disciplinary, collaborative, site-specific installation at Loft 112 in Calgary’s East Village.

Mars 112 will use environmental storytelling to transport Beakerhead festival attendees to the surface of Mars in the year 2112. Environmental storytelling uses interaction with objects within a space as well as the space itself to tell a story. The Mars 112 project will use sound design, video projection, engineered objects and environmental skins to transform Loft 112 into an interactive storytelling space.
