DIVORCE

Divorce is not a solution for marriage crises but formalisation of the marriage death. Marriage death occurs when marriage crises have developed to the extent that the relationship has reached irreversible end. This end presupposes that all the means for healing the marital relationship have been tried and exhausted without any result. Divorce is established on legitimate grounds. The latter are substantiated through the continuous, intentional refusal of a spouse to fulfil the marriage covenant stipulations. Legitimate divorce grounds define the status of the innocent party with the freedom to single life or remarriage.
