1. 운영자 및 문의

MAROO AND DONGDONG(이하 '운영자')은 Android 앱 'TeslPick'을 운영합니다. 개인정보 관련 문의: maroodd7777@gmail.com

2. 처리하는 정보와 이용 목적

가. 기기에 저장되는 정보

등록한 차량(모델·연식·별명), 체크리스트 진행 상태, 저장한 상품 목록은 운영자의 서버로 동기화되지 않고 기기에만 저장됩니다. 사용자가 기기의 Android 백업 또는 기기 이전 기능을 사용하면 일부 로컬 데이터가 Google 계정의 백업 영역을 통해 복원될 수 있습니다.

나. 앱 이용·오류 분석

앱 품질과 이용 흐름을 개선하기 위해 Google Firebase Analytics와 Crashlytics를 사용합니다. 이 서비스는 앱 시작·화면 이용 등 일반적인 사용 이벤트와 앱 버전·기기 정보·오류 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 차량 모델·연식·별명·체크 기록·검색어·상품 링크·구매 정보는 Analytics 또는 Crashlytics에 전송하지 않습니다.

다. 추천 상품 검색

체크리스트와 기본 추천 상품은 앱에 포함됩니다. SHOP의 AliExpress 추천과 검색은 앱에 포함된 확인된 제휴 상품 목록을 사용합니다. 상품을 누르면 현재 검토 보류와 제휴 링크 상태 확인을 위해 상품 식별자가 운영자의 Supabase 서버로 전송됩니다. 한국어 환경에서 사용자가 쿠팡 검색을 실행하면 입력한 검색어가 Supabase 서버를 거쳐 쿠팡 Partners 상품 검색 API로 전달됩니다. 차량 모델·별명·체크 기록은 이 요청에 포함하지 않으며 로그인이나 회원가입도 요구하지 않습니다. 앱은 검색어를 상품 DB나 사용자 프로필에 저장하지 않지만, Supabase와 쿠팡의 요청·보안 로그에는 서비스별 보존 기간 동안 요청 및 접속 정보가 남을 수 있습니다. 서버와 기반 서비스는 보안·운영을 위해 IP 주소, 요청 시각 등 일반적인 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

라. 외부 콘텐츠 및 판매 페이지 이동

AliExpress·쿠팡 상품 이미지와 한국어 환경의 쿠팡 제휴 배너를 표시할 때 각 제공 서버가 IP 주소, 기기·브라우저 정보 등 일반적인 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 사용자가 상품이나 배너를 눌러 외부 판매 페이지로 이동하면 이후의 정보 처리는 AliExpress, 쿠팡 등 해당 외부 서비스의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 제휴 링크를 통한 구매가 발생하면 운영자가 소개 수수료를 받을 수 있으나 구매자에게 별도 수수료가 부과되지는 않으며, 운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.

마. SHOP 배너 광고

Google AdMob과 광고 파트너는 광고 제공·측정·분석 및 부정 이용 방지를 위해 IP 주소(대략적인 위치 추정), 앱 및 광고 상호작용, 성능·오류 진단 정보, 광고 ID·앱 세트 ID 등 기기 식별자를 처리하고 공유할 수 있습니다. 광고 관련 데이터는 전송 중 암호화됩니다. 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 광고 요청 전에 동의를 확인하며, 필요한 경우 SET의 광고 개인정보 선택에서 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다.

3. 처리업체 및 제3자 서비스

• Google/Android: 앱 배포·업데이트와 사용자가 켠 경우의 기기 백업·복원

• Google Firebase Analytics·Crashlytics: 앱 이용·기기·오류 진단 정보의 통계 및 안정성 분석

• Google AdMob 및 광고 파트너: SHOP 배너 광고 제공·측정과 동의 선택 처리

• Supabase: 상품 클릭 시 검토 보류 확인, 쿠팡 상품 검색 중계와 서버 요청 처리

• 상품 이미지 제공 서버: 앱 안의 외부 상품 이미지 표시

• AliExpress: 사용자가 선택한 상품의 외부 판매 페이지 제공

• 쿠팡: 한국어 환경의 상품 검색 결과·제휴 배너·외부 판매 페이지 제공

각 서비스에는 해당 제공자의 이용약관과 개인정보처리방침이 적용될 수 있습니다.

4. 보유 기간 및 삭제

기기에 저장된 차량·체크리스트·저장 상품 데이터는 관련 화면에서 초기화·해제하거나 Android 설정에서 앱 저장공간 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다. Android 백업본은 사용자의 Google 계정 및 기기 백업 설정에 따라 별도로 관리됩니다. 운영자는 차량·별명·체크 기록을 서버 데이터베이스에 보관하지 않습니다. 서버 및 외부 서비스의 접속 기록은 각 서비스의 보안·운영 정책에 따라 처리될 수 있습니다.

5. 보안

앱에서 사용하는 네트워크 통신은 HTTPS로 제한하며, 서버 비밀키를 앱에 포함하지 않습니다. 차량·체크리스트·저장 상품 기록은 앱의 로컬 저장소에서 처리합니다.

6. 이용자의 선택과 권리

외부 판매 페이지 이동은 사용자가 직접 선택하여 이용합니다. 로컬 데이터는 제공되는 초기화·해제 기능을 이용하거나 Android 설정에서 앱 저장공간 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하여 제거할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 처리에 관한 문의는 위 이메일로 접수할 수 있습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

이 앱은 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았으며, 운영자는 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 방침 변경

앱 기능이나 처리 방식이 변경되면 이 방침을 수정하고 시행일을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱을 통해 안내합니다.

1. Operator and contact

MAROO AND DONGDONG (the \"Operator\") operates the Android app 'TeslPick'. For privacy inquiries: maroodd7777@gmail.com

2. Information processed and purpose of use

a. Information stored on your device

Registered vehicles (model, model year, nickname), checklist progress, and saved product lists are stored only on this device and are not synced to the Operator's servers. If you use Android backup or device transfer, some local data may be restored through your Google account's backup area.

b. App use and crash analysis

We use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to improve app quality and understand general usage. These services may process general usage events such as app starts and screen use, plus app-version, device, and crash-diagnostic information. We do not send your vehicle model, model year, nickname, checklist records, search terms, product links, or purchase information to Analytics or Crashlytics.

c. Recommended-product search

The checklist and default recommendations are bundled with the app. AliExpress recommendations and searches in SHOP use confirmed affiliate products bundled with the app. Tapping a product sends its offer ID to the Operator's Supabase server to recheck current review holds and affiliate-link status. In Korean, when a user submits a Coupang search, the entered search term is sent through the Supabase server to the Coupang Partners product-search API. Vehicle models, nicknames, and checklist records are not included, and no sign-in is required. The app does not store search terms in the product database or a user profile, but request and connection information may remain in Supabase and Coupang request or security logs for each service's retention period. The server and infrastructure providers may process ordinary connection data such as IP address and request time for security and operations.

d. External content and seller-page navigation

AliExpress and Coupang product-image hosts and, in Korean, the Coupang affiliate banner may process ordinary connection data such as IP address and device or browser information. If you tap a product or banner, further processing follows the privacy policy of AliExpress, Coupang, or the applicable external service. The Operator may receive a referral commission without adding a fee for the buyer and does not sell user personal data.

e. SHOP banner ads

Google AdMob and advertising partners may collect and share IP addresses (to estimate approximate location), app and ad interactions, performance and crash diagnostics, and device identifiers such as advertising IDs and app set IDs for advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. Ad data is encrypted in transit. Where required, consent is checked before requesting ads, and available privacy choices can be changed in SET.

3. Processors and third-party services

• Google/Android: app distribution and updates, plus device backup and restore when enabled by the user

• Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics: analytics of app usage, device, and crash-diagnostic information

• Google AdMob and ad partners: SHOP banner delivery, measurement, and consent choices

• Supabase: review-hold checks on product taps, Coupang product-search relay, and server-request processing

• Product image hosts: display external product images inside the app

• AliExpress: provides external product pages for items you select

• Coupang: provides Korean product-search results, the affiliate banner, and external seller pages

Each service may be subject to that provider's own terms of service and privacy policy.

4. Retention and deletion

Vehicle, checklist, and saved product data stored on your device is kept until you reset or remove it from the relevant screen, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Android backups are managed separately according to your Google account and device settings. The Operator does not store vehicle, nickname, or checklist records in its server database. Server and external-service connection logs may be processed under each provider's security and operational policies.

5. Security

Network communication used by the app is restricted to HTTPS, and server secret keys are never bundled in the app. Vehicle, checklist, and saved-product records are processed in the app's local storage.

6. Your choices and rights

You choose for yourself whether to navigate to an external product page. Local data can be removed with the available reset or remove controls, by clearing the app's storage in Android settings, or by uninstalling the app. Questions about privacy handling can be sent to the email address above.

7. Children's privacy

This app is not designed for children, and the Operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

If app features or processing methods change, this policy will be revised and its effective date updated. Significant changes will be announced within the app.

2. 取り扱う情報と利用目的

a. 端末に保存される情報

登録した車両(モデル・年式・ニックネーム)、チェックリストの進行状況、保存した商品リストは運営者のサーバーに同期されず、端末にのみ保存されます。Androidバックアップまたは機種変更を使用すると、一部のローカルデータがGoogleアカウントのバックアップ領域から復元される場合があります。

b. アプリ利用・障害分析

アプリの品質と一般的な利用状況を改善するため、Google Firebase AnalyticsおよびCrashlyticsを使用します。これらのサービスは、アプリ起動・画面利用などの一般的な利用イベント、アプリのバージョン、端末情報、障害診断情報を処理する場合があります。車両モデル・年式・ニックネーム・チェック記録・検索語・商品リンク・購入情報をAnalyticsまたはCrashlyticsに送信することはありません。

c. おすすめ商品の検索

チェックリストと既定のおすすめ商品はアプリに含まれています。SHOPのAliExpressおすすめ商品と検索は、アプリに含まれる確認済み提携商品を使用します。商品をタップすると、審査保留と提携リンクの状態を再確認するため商品IDが運営者のSupabaseサーバーへ送信されます。韓国語環境でユーザーがCoupang検索を実行すると、入力した検索語がSupabaseサーバーを経由してCoupang Partnersの商品検索APIへ送信されます。車両モデル・ニックネーム・チェック記録は送信せず、ログインも不要です。アプリは検索語を商品データベースやユーザープロフィールに保存しませんが、SupabaseとCoupangのリクエストまたはセキュリティログには、各サービスの保持期間中、リクエストや接続情報が残る場合があります。サーバーと基盤提供者は、セキュリティと運用のためIPアドレスやリクエスト時刻など通常の接続情報を処理する場合があります。

d. 外部コンテンツと販売ページへの移動

AliExpress・Coupangの商品画像提供元と、韓国語環境のCoupangアフィリエイトバナーは、IPアドレスや端末・ブラウザ情報など通常の接続情報を処理する場合があります。商品やバナーをタップした後は、AliExpress、Coupangなど各外部サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。運営者が紹介手数料を受け取る場合がありますが、購入者に追加料金は発生せず、個人情報を販売することもありません。

e. SHOPバナー広告

Google AdMobと広告パートナーは、広告配信・測定・分析および不正利用防止のため、IPアドレス（おおよその位置の推定）、アプリや広告の操作情報、性能・障害診断情報、広告ID・アプリセットIDなどの端末識別子を収集・共有する場合があります。広告関連データは転送中に暗号化されます。必要な地域では広告リクエスト前に同意を確認し、必要な場合はSETの広告プライバシー設定から選択を変更できます。

3. 委託先および第三者サービス

• Google/Android: アプリの配布・更新、およびユーザーが有効にした場合の端末バックアップ・復元

• Google Firebase Analytics・Crashlytics: アプリ利用・端末・障害診断情報の統計および安定性分析

• Google AdMobおよび広告パートナー: SHOPバナーの配信・測定と同意選択の処理

• Supabase: 商品タップ時の審査保留確認、Coupang商品検索の中継、サーバーリクエスト処理

• 商品画像提供サーバー: アプリ内での外部商品画像の表示

• AliExpress: 選択した商品の外部販売ページの提供

各サービスには、それぞれの提供事業者の利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用される場合があります。

4. 保有期間および削除

端末に保存された車両・チェックリスト・保存商品データは、該当画面で初期化・解除するか、Android設定でアプリのストレージデータを削除するか、アプリをアンインストールするまで保管されます。AndroidのバックアップはGoogleアカウントと端末設定に従って別途管理されます。運営者は車両・ニックネーム・チェック記録をサーバーデータベースに保存しません。サーバーおよび外部サービスの接続ログは、各提供者のセキュリティ・運用方針に基づき処理される場合があります。

5. セキュリティ

アプリが使用する通信はHTTPSに限定し、サーバーの秘密鍵はアプリに含めません。車両・チェックリスト・保存商品記録はアプリのローカルストレージで処理します。

6. 利用者の選択と権利

外部の販売ページへの移動はユーザー自身が選択して利用します。ローカルデータは、用意されている初期化・解除機能を使うか、Android設定でアプリのストレージデータを削除するか、アプリをアンインストールすることで削除できます。個人情報の取り扱いに関するお問い合わせは上記のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。

7. 児童の個人情報

このアプリは児童を対象として設計されておらず、運営者は児童の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

8. 方針の変更

アプリの機能や処理方法が変更された場合、本方針を改定し施行日を更新します。重要な変更はアプリを通じてお知らせします。
