1. 운영자 및 문의

MAROO AND DONGDONG(이하 ‘운영자’)은 Android 앱 ‘한끼곳간’(영문명 A Meal Pantry, 일본어명 いちぜんぐら)을 운영합니다.

2. 처리하는 정보와 이용 목적

가. 기기에 저장되는 정보

닉네임, 언어·지역, 냉장고 및 상온고 설정, 식재료명·수량·보관 위치·소비기한, 장보기 목록, 한끼레시피, 한끼카드와 사용자가 추가한 카드 사진, 앱 설정 및 동의 확인 기록은 운영자의 서버로 자동 동기화되지 않고 기기에 저장됩니다. 사용자가 기기의 Android 백업 또는 기기 이전 기능을 사용하면 일부 로컬 데이터가 Google 계정의 백업 영역을 통해 복원될 수 있습니다. Supabase 인증 세션은 백업에서 제외됩니다.

나. 사진으로 곳간 채우기

사용자가 직접 이 기능을 실행하고 사진을 촬영하거나 선택한 경우에만 1~2장의 식재료 사진이 긴 변 2,048px 이하의 JPEG로 변환되어 분석됩니다. 중복 식재료 확인을 위해 현재 재고 중 최대 200개의 식재료명, 수량 및 보관 위치 요약도 함께 처리될 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 Supabase Edge Function을 거쳐 OpenAI API에서 식재료 후보를 분석하는 목적으로만 사용됩니다. 기존 재고 요약은 사진에서 추출한 후보와의 대조에 사용되며 AI 모델의 사진 판독 입력에는 포함되지 않습니다. 운영자는 사진이나 분석 결과를 Supabase 데이터베이스에 저장하지 않으며, OpenAI 요청은 저장하지 않는 설정으로 전송합니다.

다. 영수증으로 곳간 채우기

영수증 사진의 문자 인식은 기기에 포함된 Google ML Kit 모델로 기기 안에서 처리됩니다. 영수증 사진과 인식 결과는 이 기능을 위해 운영자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

라. 쿠팡 상품 검색 및 외부 제휴 링크

사용자가 쿠팡 검색을 실행하면 검색어와 익명 서비스 식별자가 Supabase Edge Function을 거쳐 쿠팡 상품 검색에 사용됩니다. 사용자가 쿠팡·AliExpress 등 외부 링크를 누르면 해당 서비스의 웹페이지가 열리며, 이후의 정보 처리는 각 외부 서비스의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 제휴 링크를 통한 구매가 발생하면 운영자가 수수료를 받을 수 있으나, 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.

마. 익명 서비스 계정과 운영 기록

사진 분석 또는 쿠팡 검색을 처음 실행할 때에만 로그인 화면 없는 Supabase 익명 계정이 생성됩니다. 남용 방지와 호출 한도 관리를 위해 익명 사용자 식별자, 요청 시각, 요청 횟수와 오류·보안 로그가 처리될 수 있습니다. 호스팅 및 네트워크 제공자는 서비스 제공과 보안을 위해 IP 주소 등 접속 정보를 자동 처리할 수 있습니다.

바. 알림과 광고

알림을 허용한 경우 소비기한 및 장보기 알림을 기기에서 예약하여 표시합니다. 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 제공, 빈도 제한, 부정 사용 방지 및 성과 측정을 위해 광고 식별자, 기기·앱 정보, IP 주소와 광고 상호작용 정보가 Google에 의해 처리될 수 있습니다. 또한 개인정보 안내를 확인한 뒤에는 Google Firebase Analytics가 앱 버전, 기본 기기 정보와 화면 이용 이벤트 등 익명·집계 이용 통계를 처리할 수 있습니다. 재고 내용, 사진·영수증 원본, 닉네임은 Analytics에 전송하지 않습니다. 적용 지역에서는 맞춤형 광고 등에 관한 동의 또는 선택 절차가 제공되며, 사용자는 기기 및 동의 설정에서 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다.

3. 처리업체 및 제3자 서비스

• Supabase: 익명 인증, Edge Function 실행, 호출 제한 및 보안 운영

• OpenAI: 사용자가 요청한 식재료 사진 분석

• Coupang: 사용자가 요청한 상품 검색과 외부 상품 페이지 제공

• Google ML Kit: 기기 내 영수증 문자 인식

• Google/Android: 사용자가 설정한 기기 백업·이전, 시스템 사진 선택기 및 알림 기능

• Google AdMob: 광고 제공, 빈도 제한, 부정 사용 방지 및 성과 측정

• Google Firebase Analytics: 앱 안정성과 이용 현황의 익명·집계 분석

각 서비스에는 해당 제공자의 이용약관과 개인정보처리방침이 적용될 수 있습니다.

4. 보유 기간 및 삭제

기기 데이터는 사용자가 앱 안에서 삭제 또는 초기화하거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다. Android 백업본은 사용자의 Google 계정 및 기기 백업 설정에 따라 별도로 관리됩니다. 사진·검색 호출 제한 기록은 약 8일 후 자동 삭제되며, 마지막 온라인 기능 사용 후 약 30일 동안 사용되지 않은 익명 계정은 자동 삭제됩니다. 사진과 재고 요약은 분석 요청을 처리하는 동안에만 전송되며 운영자의 데이터베이스에 보관되지 않습니다. 조기 삭제 또는 개인정보 문의는 위 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.

5. 보안

네트워크 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다. Supabase 세션 토큰은 Android Keystore 기반으로 암호화해 앱 전용 저장소에 보관하고 기기 백업에서 제외합니다. 서버의 비밀키는 앱에 포함하지 않으며, 접근 권한과 호출 제한을 적용합니다.

6. 이용자의 선택과 권리

사진 분석, 쿠팡 검색, 알림 및 외부 링크는 사용자가 직접 선택하여 이용합니다. 이용자는 분석 결과를 저장하기 전에 확인·수정할 수 있으며, 로컬 데이터는 앱의 삭제·초기화 기능 또는 앱 삭제로 제거할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 처리에 관한 열람·정정·삭제 문의는 운영자 이메일로 접수할 수 있습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

이 앱은 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았으며, 운영자는 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 방침 변경

앱 기능이나 처리 방식이 변경되면 이 방침을 수정하고 시행일을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 게시 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.

1. Operator and contact

MAROO AND DONGDONG (“we”) operates the Android app A Meal Pantry, also named 한끼곳간 in Korean and いちぜんぐら in Japanese.

2. Data processed and purposes

Data stored on the device: Your nickname, language and region, pantry layout, ingredient names, quantities, storage locations and use-by dates, shopping lists, saved recipes, meal cards and card photos, app settings, and consent record are not automatically synchronized to our server. They remain on the device. If Android backup or device transfer is enabled, some local data may be restored through your Google Account backup. The Supabase authentication session is excluded from backup.

Ingredient photo analysis: Only when you start this feature and take or select photos, one or two ingredient photos are converted to JPEG with a maximum long edge of 2,048 px. A summary of up to 200 current inventory items—including names, quantities, and storage locations—may also be processed to check duplicates. The request passes through a Supabase Edge Function and uses the OpenAI API only to identify ingredient candidates. The inventory summary is used to compare extracted candidates and is not included in the AI model’s image-reading input. We do not store the photos or analysis results in the Supabase database, and OpenAI requests are sent with storage disabled.

Receipt recognition: Receipt photos are recognized on the device using bundled Google ML Kit models. Receipt photos and recognized text are not sent to our server for this feature.

Coupang search and affiliate links: When you request a Coupang product search, the search term and an anonymous service identifier are processed through a Supabase Edge Function for the search. Tapping a Coupang, AliExpress, or other external link opens that provider’s page, where the provider’s own privacy policy applies. We may receive a commission from qualifying affiliate purchases, but we do not sell personal data.

Anonymous service account and operational records: A Supabase anonymous account without a login screen is created only when you first run photo analysis or Coupang search. To prevent abuse and enforce limits, an anonymous user identifier, request time, request count, and error or security logs may be processed. Hosting and network providers may automatically process connection information such as IP addresses to provide and secure the service.

Notifications, advertising, and analytics: If you allow notifications, use-by and shopping reminders are scheduled and displayed on the device. The app displays Google AdMob advertisements. Google may process advertising identifiers, device and app information, IP addresses, and ad interaction data to deliver ads, limit frequency, prevent fraud, and measure performance. After you review the privacy notice, Google Firebase Analytics may process anonymous, aggregated usage statistics such as app version, basic device information, and screen-use events. Pantry contents, photo or receipt originals, and nicknames are not sent to Analytics. Where required, a consent or choice flow for personalized advertising is provided, and you can change your choices in device and consent settings.

3. Processors and external services

• Supabase: anonymous authentication, Edge Functions, rate limiting, and service security

• OpenAI: ingredient photo analysis requested by the user

• Coupang: requested product search and external product pages

• Google ML Kit: on-device receipt text recognition

• Google/Android: device backup or transfer selected by the user, system photo picker, and notifications

• Google AdMob: ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and performance measurement

• Google Firebase Analytics: anonymous, aggregated app stability and usage analysis

Each provider’s terms and privacy policy may apply.

4. Retention and deletion

Device data remains until you delete or reset it in the app or uninstall the app. Android backups are managed separately under your Google Account and device backup settings. Photo-analysis and search rate-limit records are automatically deleted after about 8 days. An anonymous account unused for about 30 days after the last online feature use is automatically deleted. Photos and inventory summaries are transmitted only while processing an analysis request and are not retained in our database. You may contact us at the email above for an earlier deletion request or privacy inquiry.

5. Security

Network traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Supabase session tokens are encrypted with Android Keystore, kept in app-private storage, and excluded from device backup. Server secrets are not bundled in the app, and access controls and rate limits are applied.

6. Your choices and rights

Photo analysis, Coupang search, notifications, and external links are used only when you choose them. You can review and edit analysis results before saving. You can remove local data using the app’s deletion or reset controls or by uninstalling the app. Requests to access, correct, or delete personal data may be sent to the privacy contact above.

7. Children

This app is not designed for children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.

8. Changes

We will revise this policy and update the effective date when app features or data practices change. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.

2. 取り扱う情報と利用目的

端末に保存される情報：ニックネーム、言語・地域、冷蔵庫・常温庫の設定、食材名・数量・保存場所・消費期限、買い物リスト、保存レシピ、いちぜんカードとカード写真、アプリ設定、同意確認記録は、当方のサーバーへ自動同期されず端末に保存されます。Androidのバックアップまたは端末移行を有効にしている場合、一部のローカルデータがGoogleアカウントのバックアップから復元されることがあります。Supabase認証セッションはバックアップ対象外です。

食材写真の分析：利用者がこの機能を実行し、写真を撮影または選択した場合に限り、1～2枚の写真を長辺2,048px以下のJPEGに変換して分析します。重複確認のため、現在の在庫から最大200件の食材名、数量、保存場所の要約も処理される場合があります。情報はSupabase Edge Functionを経由し、OpenAI APIで食材候補を分析する目的にのみ使用されます。在庫要約は抽出候補との照合に使用され、AIモデルの画像判読入力には含まれません。当方は写真または分析結果をSupabaseデータベースに保存せず、OpenAIへのリクエストは保存しない設定で送信します。

レシート認識：レシート写真の文字認識は、アプリに含まれるGoogle ML Kitモデルを使用して端末内で処理されます。この機能のためにレシート写真や認識結果を当方のサーバーへ送信しません。

Coupang検索・アフィリエイトリンク：Coupang商品検索を実行すると、検索語と匿名サービス識別子がSupabase Edge Functionを経由して検索に使用されます。Coupang、AliExpressなどの外部リンクをタップすると各サービスのページが開き、その後の情報処理には各サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。対象となる購入により当方が手数料を受け取る場合がありますが、個人データを販売することはありません。

匿名サービスアカウント・運用記録：写真分析またはCoupang検索を初めて実行した場合に限り、ログイン画面のないSupabase匿名アカウントが作成されます。不正利用防止と利用回数制限のため、匿名利用者ID、リクエスト時刻・回数、エラー・セキュリティログが処理される場合があります。ホスティング事業者やネットワーク事業者は、サービス提供と安全確保のためIPアドレスなどの接続情報を自動処理する場合があります。

通知・広告・分析：通知を許可した場合、消費期限や買い物の通知を端末上で予約・表示します。本アプリはGoogle AdMob広告を表示します。広告配信、表示頻度の制限、不正利用防止、効果測定のため、広告識別子、端末・アプリ情報、IPアドレス、広告操作情報がGoogleにより処理される場合があります。プライバシー案内を確認した後は、Google Firebase Analyticsがアプリのバージョン、基本的な端末情報、画面利用イベントなどの匿名・集計利用統計を処理する場合があります。在庫内容、写真・レシートの原本、ニックネームはAnalyticsに送信しません。必要な地域ではパーソナライズ広告などに関する同意・選択画面が提供され、端末および同意設定から選択を変更できます。

各提供者の利用規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用される場合があります。

4. 保存期間・削除

端末データは、アプリ内で削除・初期化するか、アプリをアンインストールするまで保存されます。Androidのバックアップは、Googleアカウントと端末のバックアップ設定に基づき別途管理されます。写真分析・検索の利用回数制限記録は約8日後に自動削除され、最後のオンライン機能利用後、約30日間利用されていない匿名アカウントは自動削除されます。写真と在庫要約は分析リクエストの処理中のみ送信され、当方のデータベースには保存されません。早期削除またはプライバシーに関するお問い合わせは、上記メールアドレスで受け付けます。

5. セキュリティ

通信はHTTPSで暗号化します。SupabaseセッショントークンはAndroid Keystoreで暗号化し、アプリ専用領域に保存して端末バックアップから除外します。サーバーの秘密鍵はアプリに含めず、アクセス制御と利用回数制限を適用します。

6. 利用者の選択と権利

写真分析、Coupang検索、通知、外部リンクは利用者が選択した場合にのみ使用します。分析結果は保存前に確認・修正できます。ローカルデータはアプリの削除・初期化機能またはアプリのアンインストールで削除できます。個人データの開示・訂正・削除に関するご依頼は、上記窓口へお送りください。

7. 子どもの個人情報

本アプリは子ども向けに設計されておらず、子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集しません。

8. 方針の変更

アプリ機能またはデータ処理方法が変更された場合、本方針を改定し施行日を更新します。重要な変更はアプリまたは本ページでお知らせします。
