1. 운영자 및 문의

MAROO AND DONGDONG(이하 ‘운영자’)은 Android 앱 ‘잔소리폭탄’(영문명 Nag Bomb, 일본어명 小言爆弾)을 운영합니다.

2. 처리하는 정보와 이용 목적

가. 기기에 저장되는 정보

폭탄 제목과 문장, 반복 간격과 횟수, 목소리와 음량, 실행 상태와 기록, 언어 및 앱 설정은 운영자의 서버로 자동 동기화되지 않고 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱에서 폭탄을 삭제하거나 앱을 제거하면 해당 기기 저장 정보가 삭제됩니다. Android 백업이나 기기 이전 기능을 사용하면 일부 로컬 데이터가 Google 계정의 백업 영역을 통해 복원될 수 있습니다.

나. 음성 합성

상황별 문장과 사용자가 직접 입력한 문장은 기기 안의 음성 합성 기능으로 재생됩니다. 음성 합성을 위해 문장이나 음성 데이터를 운영자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.

다. 제휴 상품 검색과 외부 링크

보급소에는 쿠팡 파트너스와 AliExpress 제휴 링크가 포함되며, 구매가 발생하면 운영자가 수수료를 받을 수 있습니다. 사용자가 상품 검색 또는 추천상품 기능을 실행하면 검색어와 선택 언어·국가·통화가 상품 조회를 위해 Supabase Edge Function과 해당 제휴 서비스에 전달될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 검색어를 별도 데이터베이스에 저장하지 않지만 서비스 제공자는 보안과 장애 대응을 위해 제한적인 운영 로그를 처리할 수 있습니다. 외부 쇼핑몰로 이동한 뒤의 정보 처리는 해당 업체의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

라. 광고와 이용 분석

앱은 운영과 품질 개선을 위해 Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform(UMP), Google Analytics for Firebase를 사용합니다. Google SDK는 광고 제공, 이용 현황 분석, 빈도 제한과 부정 사용 방지를 위해 IP 주소를 이용한 대략적 위치, 앱 인스턴스 ID, 앱 상호작용과 사용 정보, 기기·운영체제 정보, 진단정보, 광고 ID·앱 세트 ID 등의 기기 식별자를 자동으로 수집하거나 공유할 수 있습니다. 이용자가 입력한 폭탄 제목이나 잔소리 문장은 분석 이벤트로 수집하지 않습니다. 적용 지역에서는 UMP 동의 화면과 앱의 광고 개인정보 설정에서 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다.

3. 처리업체 및 제3자 서비스

• Google/Android: 기기 백업과 이전, 시스템 알림, 기기 내 음성 합성

4. 보유 기간 및 삭제

기기 데이터는 사용자가 앱 안에서 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 보관됩니다. Android 백업본은 이용자의 Google 계정 및 기기 백업 설정에 따라 별도로 관리됩니다. 운영자는 폭탄 제목과 잔소리 문장을 서버에 보관하지 않습니다. 제휴 상품 조회 과정에서 서비스 제공자가 처리하는 운영 로그는 각 제공자의 정책에 따라 제한적으로 보관될 수 있습니다. 개인정보 문의는 위 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.

5. 보안

네트워크 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다. 제휴 API의 비밀키는 앱에 포함하지 않고 서버 측 비밀 저장소에서 관리하며, 접근 통제와 호출 제한을 적용합니다.

6. 이용자의 선택과 권리

상품 검색, 외부 링크, 알림과 광고 동의 기능은 이용자가 직접 선택하여 사용합니다. 로컬 데이터는 앱의 삭제 기능 또는 앱 제거로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 처리에 관한 열람·정정·삭제 문의는 운영자 이메일로 접수할 수 있습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

이 앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 설계되지 않았으며, 운영자는 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자는 아동이 앱을 이용할 때 기기와 광고 설정을 관리해 주세요.

8. 방침 변경

앱 기능이나 처리 방식이 변경되면 이 방침과 시행일을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 이 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.

2. Data processed and purposes

Data stored on the device

Bomb titles and sentences, repeat interval and count, voice and volume settings, status and history, language, and app settings are not automatically synchronized to our server. They remain on the user’s device. Deleting a bomb or uninstalling the app removes the corresponding on-device data. If Android backup or device transfer is enabled, some local data may be restored through the user’s Google Account backup.

Speech synthesis

Catalog sentences and user-entered sentences are played using on-device speech synthesis. Text and audio are not sent to our server for speech synthesis.

Affiliate product search and external links

The Shop contains Coupang Partners and AliExpress affiliate links, and we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. When the user requests product search or recommendations, the search term and selected language, country, and currency may be sent to a Supabase Edge Function and the relevant affiliate service to retrieve products. We do not write search terms to a separate database, although service providers may process limited operational logs for security and reliability. Data handled after opening an external store is governed by that provider’s privacy policy.

Advertising and usage analytics

The app uses Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), and Google Analytics for Firebase for operation and quality improvement. Google SDKs may automatically collect or share approximate location inferred from an IP address, app instance ID, app interactions and usage information, device and operating-system information, diagnostics, advertising ID, app set ID, and other device identifiers for advertising, analytics, frequency capping, and fraud prevention. User-entered bomb titles and nagging sentences are not collected as analytics events. Where required, users can manage choices through the UMP consent message and the in-app Ad Privacy Settings.

3. Processors and external services

• Google/Android: device backup and transfer, system notifications, and on-device speech synthesis

• Google AdMob and UMP: ad delivery, consent management, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and performance measurement

• Google Analytics for Firebase: anonymous usage and app-quality analytics

• Supabase: Edge Function execution and service security for affiliate product searches requested by the user

• Coupang and AliExpress: requested product searches, recommendations, and external product pages

Each provider’s terms and privacy policy may apply.

4. Retention and deletion

On-device data remains until the user deletes it in the app or uninstalls the app. Android backups are managed separately under the user’s Google Account and device backup settings. We do not retain bomb titles or nagging sentences on our server. Operational logs processed during affiliate product retrieval may be retained for a limited period under each provider’s policy. Privacy inquiries may be sent to the contact above.

5. Security

Network traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Affiliate API secrets are not bundled in the app; they are managed in a server-side secret store with access controls and rate limits.

6. User choices and rights

Product search, external links, notifications, and advertising consent features are used only when the user chooses them. Local data can be removed using the app’s delete controls or by uninstalling the app. Requests to access, correct, or delete personal data may be sent to the privacy contact above.

7. Children

This app is not designed primarily for children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. Parents and guardians should manage device and advertising settings when a child uses the app.

8. Changes

We will revise this policy and update the effective date when app features or data practices change. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.

2. 取り扱う情報と利用目的

端末に保存される情報

爆弾のタイトル・文章、繰り返し間隔と回数、音声・音量、実行状態と履歴、言語、アプリ設定は当方のサーバーへ自動同期されず、利用者の端末内に保存されます。爆弾を削除するかアプリをアンインストールすると、該当する端末内データが削除されます。Androidのバックアップまたは端末移行を有効にしている場合、一部のローカルデータがGoogleアカウントのバックアップから復元されることがあります。

音声合成

状況別の文章と利用者が入力した文章は端末内の音声合成機能で再生されます。音声合成のために文章や音声データを当方のサーバーへ送信しません。

アフィリエイト商品検索・外部リンク

ショップにはCoupang PartnersとAliExpressのアフィリエイトリンクが含まれ、対象購入により当方が手数料を受け取る場合があります。商品検索またはおすすめ商品を利用すると、検索語、選択言語・国・通貨が商品取得のためSupabase Edge Functionと該当する提携サービスへ送信される場合があります。当方は検索語を別のデータベースへ保存しませんが、サービス提供者は安全性と信頼性のため限定的な運用ログを処理する場合があります。外部ショップへ移動した後の情報処理は各社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

広告と利用状況の分析

本アプリは運営と品質改善のため、Google AdMob、Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）、Google Analytics for Firebaseを利用します。Google SDKは広告配信、利用状況の分析、表示頻度の制限、不正利用防止のため、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその位置情報、アプリインスタンスID、アプリの操作・利用情報、端末・OS情報、診断情報、広告ID、アプリセットIDなどの端末識別子を自動的に収集または共有する場合があります。利用者が入力した爆弾タイトルや小言の文章は分析イベントとして収集しません。対象地域ではUMPの同意画面とアプリ内の広告プライバシー設定から選択を変更できます。

4. 保存期間・削除

端末データは、利用者がアプリ内で削除するかアプリをアンインストールするまで保存されます。Androidのバックアップは、利用者のGoogleアカウントと端末バックアップ設定に基づき別途管理されます。当方は爆弾タイトルや小言の文章をサーバーに保存しません。提携商品の取得時に処理される運用ログは、各提供者の方針に基づき限定的な期間保存される場合があります。プライバシーに関するお問い合わせは上記窓口へお送りください。

5. セキュリティ

通信はHTTPSで暗号化します。提携APIの秘密鍵はアプリに含めず、サーバー側の秘密保管領域で管理し、アクセス制御と利用回数制限を適用します。

6. 利用者の選択と権利

商品検索、外部リンク、通知、広告同意機能は利用者が選択した場合にのみ使用します。ローカルデータはアプリの削除機能またはアプリのアンインストールで削除できます。個人データの開示・訂正・削除に関するご依頼は上記窓口へお送りください。

7. 子どもの個人情報

本アプリは主に子どもを対象として設計されておらず、子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集しません。子どもが利用する場合、保護者が端末と広告の設定を管理してください。

8. 方針の変更

アプリ機能またはデータ処理方法が変更された場合、本方針と施行日を更新します。重要な変更はアプリまたは本ページでお知らせします。
