Common questions
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Open Marjoram’s Settings.
Tap Restore Purchases in the Marjoram Pro section.
If Pro is still unavailable, email us with the message shown in the app. You can also read Apple’s purchase restoration guide.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Marjoram. From there, you can manage your plan or cancel it. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

A recipe did not import, or some details are missing.
Open Marjoram and check the item in Inbox. Read any error or review message. When importing a website, share the page containing the recipe itself. If the source needs a login or does not include the recipe text, try adding the text, a clear photo, or a PDF instead.
You can correct ingredients and instructions in the recipe editor. If the issue keeps happening, send us the public source link and the message shown in Inbox.
My recipes are not syncing.
iCloud sync is a Marjoram Pro feature. Check the status under Settings → Sync & Data in Marjoram. Confirm that your devices use the same Apple Account for iCloud, have an internet connection, and have available iCloud storage.
Follow the status message and tap Retry if that option appears. If the problem continues, send us the sync status shown on each device.
How do I back up or export my recipes?
In Marjoram, open Settings → Export portable archive, then save the exported file somewhere you can find again, such as Files. Export is available without Pro. Keep a copy of important recipes before removing the app or changing devices.
