Whether you're giving birth in a cozy bedroom, a peaceful water birth, or in a hospital or birth center, I'm here to help create a calming, supportive space. Oh & I'll bring soup!
This consists of...
Three in-person prenatal sessions where we can get to know each other and talk through your options, what to expect, and optimal techniques and positions to utilize for each stage.
Unlimited phone, text, and email support
On-call starting at 37 weeks gestation through the birth of your baby
I'll be there right by your side throughout labor and delivery, helping explain the benefits, risks and alternatives to each intervention (medication, induction, pain relief, etc) you may face. I'll never make a decision for you, but rather help inform you in the moment & remind you that you have options.
Birth room ambiance (soft lights, essential oil diffuser, peaceful music, massage oil)
Photo and video documentation, if desired.
C-Section support..
Scheduled C-Sections can be just as overwhelming as emergency C-Sections. “How do I prepare?” “What do I pack?” “How can I make my cesarean the most comfortable for me and my partner?”
Studies show that continuous support before, during, and after surgery help comfort and guide you through this experience.

Unlimited phone, text, and email support
I'll join you at the hospital and stay with you for a few hours after baby is born. We'll create a calm environment in your delivery/waiting room with soft lighting, gentle music, and massages.
If your hospital permits me in the OR, I can help your partner advocate for you to have a gentle cesarean
one of your arms are free to move
ask for a clear drape so you can see your baby being born
ask for EKG leads to be placed on your back so you're able to hold your baby and have skin-to-skin immediately after baby is born
