When I’m not doula-ing, my days are spent with people I love moving my body, making art, and exploring new places. I enjoy a good story, steam rooms, reality tv, and hugs that last just a little bit too long!

I’m also a history nerd and academic who loves dedicating time supporting public history projects and diving into my research on medieval gender, women, and sexuality. This history really shapes my practice & helps me offer care that’s inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally aware.

This work became a calling after some tough personal experiences where I felt like my choices and autonomy weren’t respected. That’s why I care so deeply about creating safe, supportive spaces. I want every person I work with to feel held, heard, and empowered — no matter your background or where you’re at in your journey.
