Concessions

The Concessions fundraiser is not a typical fundraiser.  Rather, it is a volunteer opportunity that allows people to raise money for our MHS Music Program as well as earn a little income to use towards a Music Trip or to pay off fees associated with one of the MHS Music Ensembles.  The Marion Music Boosters run concession stands for Football, Volleyball, Basketball, and Wrestling.  Anyone can sign-up to help as long as they are in 8th Grade or older.  Students are not allowed to handle money working in one of the windows but can work in one of the food preparation areas.  Be sure to sign-in when you arrive and sign-out when you leave.  Each hour you work is converted into a "point" which can later be redeemed for money applied to your Music Trip or a check paid to the high school to cover music fees.  In order to sign-up for events, follow the directions below:

1. Go to Cut Time, at this link https://app.gocuttime.com/public/program/71d31c6f-c8cf-4af6-a9e0-b2c257b90617/events/calendar

2. Scroll through the calendar and look for text on calendar dates

3. Click on text on the calendar dates to see get information and see what is needed.  There are often multiple volunteer opportunities on a calendar date so be sure to click on each one.  Within each opportunity are job descriptions and time slots (shifts). 

4. Scroll through the opportunities and find one or more ways you would like to serve.  Click the green "Sign Up" button and complete your information.
