Parks and Wildlife

The Parks and Wildlife, a subdivision of the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, are the protectors and preservers of the wilderness that encompasses the state of San Andreas. Unique to State of Florida Roleplay Community, this unit focuses on the rural areas and less on patrol and more on enforcement of wilderness and resource laws. While law enforcement is the first and foremost responsibility of any law enforcement agency, Rangers also have a large focus on the following:

• Wilderness Law Enforcement

• Trail Supervision & Maintenance

• Off-Roading Safety Campaigns and Enforcement

• Assistance for lost or injured persons.

• Search & Rescue Operations
