I am an experienced child and adolescent psychotherapist and counsellor, specialising in working with ages 5-25.

I offer a private counselling service for young people in a safe and confidential space for them to explore their emotional difficulties and the situations that they find themselves in.

I listen without judgement, helping young people to make their own decisions, to develop self-reliance, resilience, self-awareness and give them confidence to effect change.

Many of us experience difficulties at some point in our lives and whilst friends and family can be a great support, it can be helpful to talk to a trained therapist who can help to make sense of where they are.

I also offer supervision/consultation to Education Professionals.
