How a Potentiometer Works:
A potentiometer is the blue square with a knob and is known as a variable resistor. Meaning, the electric resistance value can be adjusted. When you turn the potentiometer knob, it will adjust the voltage from 0V to 5V using it's middle pin--it has 3-- and that is how it the voltage given to the LED changes.

What's happening in the video?
The added code took what the temperature sensor was identifying from it's surroundings. If it identified the degrees in Fahrenheit to be greater than 75 degrees, the LED would then turn on. Â
