Community Engagement

As a member of the Department of Writing and Rhetoric’s Community Engagement Committee, I worked with my colleagues to draft a framework for the dept. to explore relationships and partnerships with outside organizations that serve at-risk and underserved communities within the area. This included helping form a university food bank to fight food security, developing a framework for a county tool library, and helping provide grant-writing services for the local arts council.
