Hi there!
I am a DPhil (PhD) candidate in Economics at the University of Oxford, under the supervision of Professor Andrea Ferrero and Professor Francesco Zanetti.
I am also a Senior Economist in the International Directorate at the Bank of England and a member of the Centre for Macroeconomics. Over my 10 years at the Bank and prior to joining my current research team, I worked on trade-related issues and forecasting in the Monetary Analysis Directorate. I was also previously the advisor to MPC member Professor Jonathan Haskel.
I am a researcher working at the intersection of international macroeconomics, finance and trade. Through a mix of empirical methods and modelling, my research combines microeconomic data and granular insights to shed light on pressing macroeconomic questions, such as issues in geoeconomics, trade fragmentation and monetary policy.
