I'm a university student and a huge Fields of Mistria fan. It is my absolute most favorite game of all time and I currently have +270 hours on it. I don’t mind if you head canon March as trans since I’m demi, though I most often present him as cismale.

I am sharing! Though I’m newer to the community so I’m still figuring things out (despite having selfshipped with March for over a year now, and selfshipped outside the community / alone for longer). 

• So far, I love all my doubles and have no problems getting along with them, so please don't feel hesitant to interact!

Before Mistria, Rose was an trinket-spamming adventurer. She had been apart of a guild since she was around 15.

Originally from a place not too unlike Mistria—historical, oceanside, but more urban—she traveled to the Kingdom of Aldaria's capital, looking to prove herself when she had found Mistria's request for free land in exchange for post–natural disaster labor. 

She arrives in Mistria at 22 with nothing but 100 tesserae and a rusted sword (that she didn't even know how to wield) to her name.

After first meeting everybody in town, she mostly keeps to herself for the first few weeks to get to work. She celebrates her 23rd birthday alone in spring and by the end of the summer, the only two people she could even call her friends were Celine and March. Unsure of which of her friends to ask up to the summit, her cousin asks Celine, so she asks March. Their fates were tied coincidentally.

She then fell in love with March the morning after, after talking to Olric at the inn during his shift. (More on this later).

Rose "saves" March's life from a collapsed mine pit her second summer in Mistria and they start dating (8♥).

They get married the next summer at the gazebo of the manor's gardens and start a family soon after.

Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet from Pride and Prejudice (1995): Darcy's misconceptions of Lizzie.

Anya and Damian from Spy Family?: Rose can be as silly as Anya sometimes and the boys just cant seem to quite wrap their head around it.

Ranma & Akane from Ranma ½ (1989): Every time someone tries to tell Ranma that Akane really is actually kind, my brain screams ROSARCH (though they're neither quite that violent and much more mature), since March also misunderstood Rose when she first moved to town.

Affectionate Nickname: Rose calls him "Marchuya."

• March is so much more to her than her "cool blacksmith husband." The title of hero feels too pretentious to her when he says it like that.

On the cusp of abs, but not there. 

Steel-toed sneakers that give him a little extra height. Have you seen how thick those soles look? Great for protecting his feet if he drops a hammer though.

Wasian Olric, wAsian March: Olric's natural hair color is dark brown while March's appears black. This one is honestly a bit more self indulgent and reflective of my own race. Nonspecific asian though, Mistria uses a lot of vague Asian inspirations.

• The Character and Environment Concept Artist, Yuko Ota is also mixed so I can't help but wonder if some of her work inspired my belief of the concept.
