I’m a freshman at Florida State University studying neuroscience on the pre-med track, and I’m currently in ENC 2135. When the class first started, I wasn’t sure how it would go as I prefer STEM topics, but it has helped me write with more confidence and pay closer attention to how I communicate my ideas.

This electronic portfolio shows some of the work I’ve done this semester. The pieces I chose connect to topics in my field and reflect what I’ve learned about genre, rhetorical appeals, and writing for a specific audience. Each assignment shows a different part of how my writing has developed in ENC 2135.
