Experience the authentic soul of the Osa Peninsula. Our tour is a masterclass in local culture, taking you on a journey that begins with the fascinating history of the coconut in Costa Rica. You will learn to distinguish between different types of palm trees and join us in our commitment to sustainability by planting your own palm to help protect the future of our coast.
The process is truly hands-on: We will walk along the beautiful Playa Blanca to identify the best fruits, then head to our kitchen to master the artisanal process of peeling and grating fresh coconut by hand. Finally, you will participate in the traditional cooking of our signature Cajeta de Coco over a wood-fired grill.

Full Process Immersion: From selecting the fruit to cooking the final sweet.
