First off, there are your normal animals like chickens, fish, mooses, bears, everything we have here! Except that there are also mythical creatures, like unicorns, dragons, gryphons etc. Every animal that is on a flag is real in this universe. There are no real humans (like you and me), but there are Statehumans and Cityhumans.
When a war is fought, Statehumans and Cityhumans often join in on the war with whatever country they reside in. Unless of course, they support the opposing side and even go as far as fighting against their own country for the enemy.
Statehumans and Cityhumans can not personally fight Countryhumans, but instead fight against other Statehumans/Cityhumans.
It is very rare for a Statehuman to die, but if they do, they die the same way as Countryhumans. The only difference is that they can not interact with their object (see the chapter about Death and Afterlife if you are confused).
Cityhumans also die very rarely, and in their afterlife, they are much smaller then CHs and Statehumans. They also can not interact with their object.
Now let's go into what makes Cityhumans and Statehumans so different from Countryhumans when they're alive. Statehumans don't have eyes. They can't see, and rely on their country for guidance. Cityhumans don't have mouths, and rely on their state/country to speak for them (or they can just write out what they want to say/use sign language :).
In terms of status, Statehumans are often seen as the children of the country they reside in, although there are exceptions. Statehumans are often lower-class then Countryhumans, but they are still seen as important.
Meanwhile, Cityhumans are seen as the lowest type of being. They are often used as workers, and many Countryhumans/Statehumans don't even talk or interact with them. Because of this, Cityhumans usually resent Countryhumans and Statehumans, and will sometimes fight against them. But some Countryhumans treat their cities better.
Then we have Capital Cities. Capitals are usually very important, and can even be higher up then Statehumans. They often fight alongside Countryhumans, but can also fight with Statehumans or Cityhumans. They advise their respective Countryhuman, and are usually a lot more stuck-up then most Cityhumans. They have eyes and a mouth, unlike Statehumans and Cityhumans. They usually look very similar to their Countryhuman.
Many Cityhumans hate Capital Cities, because the Capitals do nearly no work compared to them.
Finally, we have military personifications! For now, I'll just call them Militaryhumans for simplicity, although if anyone has a better name, please suggest it!
I'm going to start with the Navy. Navys have eyes and a mouth, just like Capital Cities and Countryhumans. A major difference with their design is that they can not have elaborate designs. They often look like normal humans (except with a flag face, and a spherical head).
Navys can walk on water, swim extremally fast, and have telekinesis (only for ships). Each ship that they command is a bracelet with a tiny ship on it (which I will never draw because PAIN) When they want to use a ship, they detach the bracelet and throw the ship onto water, which becomes as big as a real life one. They use telekinesis to control the ship. When they use telekinesis, they have to be onboard the ship. When they control multiple ships, they only have to be onboard one of them.
Sometimes, they have so many bracelets that they need to have multiple ships on one bracelet. This can lead to confusion with which ship they are using, and they can accidentally take the wrong one out (although it is rare if the Navy is organised)
Naval battles are fairly similar to real life ones, except that it is one personification controlling one sides entire Navy. If a ship is destroyed with the Navy on it, they can walk on water to the nearest ship. If there is no ship nearby, they try to run away.
Navys can only die if their country dies without an heir, if they have no more ships, or if their country dismantles the entire Navy. There is no afterlife for them. When their country dies with an heir, the Navy simply serves the new country. They have no parents.
Next up is the Airforce. They are very similar to Navy's, with the main difference being that all Airforces have wings. They can not walk on water, or swim extremally fast. Instead, they can fly and also use telekinesis.
Airforces also have bracelets, but this time with each plane they want to control. They work the same way, with detaching the bracelet for each ship they want to use. They use telekinesis to control the planes in the air, flying alongside them. During this time, their vision is highly restricted, allowing them to only see in tunnel vision.
Air battles are usually confusing, but they are also more rare. Airforces can be used to send messages quickly, or for dropping bombs on Cityhumans (who are certainly not happy about it).
Finally, there is no regular Army. Soldiers are often replaced by Cityhumans, Statehumans and Countryhumans. Tanks are too powerful and expensive for the Countryhuman world (since there are only so many cities who can build one). Even boats and planes are hard to build, which leads many Countryhumans to loath their Navys and Airforces.
