Children's Activities

Monroeville Pride will have a children's area that will be a general "safe zone" for young children. A shallow pool/splash zone will be set up, so feel free to bring a change of clothes (although we think you'll dry pretty fast in the July heat!) The Amphitheater is directly across from one of the park's many playground areas as well.

Iron City Circus Arts will be providing acrobatic performances from 5-7 pm.

Glinda and Elphaba will be appearing in the Children's Area from 4-6 pm.

Activities include jewelry making, scratch art, yard games, and more.

MAPCA volunteers will be giving wrist bands to all patrons of the vent, including children. Children and/or adults with a chaperone should have their parent or caregiver's phone number written on their wristband.
