My reflection

I really enjoyed taking the CM212 course during summer. It was like a refresher course for me especially preparing the micro lessons and the importance of reinforcing the skills being taught through using different forms of assessments. The different activities that were taught will also be very useful to me as a classroom teacher. While preparing these micro lessons, I was always thinking of my target audience, the objective of the lesson, the responses I was likely to get from my audience and I kept visualising different scenarios in which I could deliver the lesson. This and the little activities we used during the course would definitely help me with my composite class especially my year 4 students as this is when English is formally taught at my school.

The lecturers were excellent and I know all the students enjoyed the course.
