Turnkey Home Installation
You choose the lot you’d like to place your home on, and we’ll handle the rest. Our turnkey service for homes placed in one of our communities includes foundation, home setup , plumbing and electricity hook-up, installation of decks, driveway and shed, and even the setup of included kitchen appliances. All you have to do is pick up your keys and move in.
Community Amenities
Many of our communities have amenities for our residents to enjoy, including club houses, playgrounds, swimming pools, basketball, volleyball or tennis courts, snow plowing, lawn care and more.
24/7 Maintenance
Every UMH Community offers 24/7 maintenance, so if something isn’t working right in your home, you can let your community manager know and we will take care of it for you.
