The cost of care in long term facilities are much higher than our solution at Care Cottages by UMH. The national average monthly cost of moving to a nursing home is around $8,000. With a Care Cottage by UMH, your monthly cost of leasing our temporary dwelling would be one-quarter of that price. We strive to provide the most convenient and affordable housing solution for you!

Our Process

Our process is simple! For a small initial set up fee, we will deliver and install the home of your choice on your private property. You then lease the home for an affordable monthly rate with a minimum lease term of 5 years. When you no longer need your Care Cottage, we will come remove the home.
