Algorithms in Excel
In an optimal allocation several time steps are studied. The Von Neumann model studies a time slice of exponential growth; Leontief and Sraffa are special cases.
Von Neumann Model
Instructions for solving the model are available, with the spreadsheets primal.xls, dual.xls, and primaldual.xls.
Detailed instruction (in PDF or without a reader) can be used. The examples discussed in the thesis are contained in the compressed file examples.zip.
Optimal Allocations
Instructions for solving an optimal allocation in the linear case are available, with the spreadsheets aoprimal.xls, aodual.xls and aoprimaldual.xls.
