About me

My name is Manqoba Smangaliso Maseko I am a teacher in training at the University of Johannesburg. Currently living in Johannesburg, South Africa. My interests range from technology to sustainable use of resources. I am also very keen about robotics and how they are changing our everyday lives.

My vision as  a teacher is to equip everyone around me with the skills needed for one to succeed in the 21st century especially with the latest introduced computational thinking skill. Thanks to the advancements of technology the world kneels to our fingertip so I will use my skills to advance pedagogies so that they aid learners with tools to be innovative and cope with blended learning. 

Learning environment is changing from the behaviorism learning to constructivism learning environment. As as 21st century I aim to use my skills in ICT to create a classroom where every learner has a voice and participate effectively in the team most importantly, a space where learners construct their own knowledge rather than just passively taking in information.
