Trash continues to add up at the Madison Street cul-de-sac. Not surprising since this cul-de-sac created lack of access and visibility to this area, so now it's become a dumping site. Bridge abutment area has been deteriorating for the last several years despite numerous reports. We did notice that they put like gutter downspouts to try and direct water away from the extensive erosion to the freeway bridge abutment. Any area with lack of visibility is an area vulnerable to dumping. No Dumping signs, street lights and access to these areas would help reduce dumping.

There are multiple clean up sites throughout the city twice a year, so please take advantage of the opportunity and get rid of large items during this time. Link to example.
