Mandan Park Citizen Patrol was formed out of the need to incorporate members from the former Brown Park Neighborhood Association and the former Spring Lake Neighborhood Association under an existing neighborhood association. MPCP members represent over 65 years of combined service to the community. With the startup of Mandan Park Neighborhood Association and its involvement with Citizen Patrol for years prior, it seemed only right to group everyone together and get things started again.

New members that qualify and pass background checks and complete training are also required to attend police meetings and report conditions in the community.
