Vowel Tracing Exercise

Materials:

• Vowel Tracing Exercise handout

• Tracing paper pieces

• pens (5 colors, optional)

Procedure:

1. Trace the vocal tract shape on the pieces of tracing paper.

2. Superimpose them to figure out which vowel is represented in the MRI images.

3. Key is in the second page of the PDF.
