I am an assistant professor of English at Chuo University in Tokyo, Japan.
My research interest is driven by my curiosity toward linguistic variation and diversity, as well as my desire to produce research that can be applied to language learning and teaching.
I am especially interested in the phonetic and phonological characteristics of geminates and liquids, in both L1 and L2, as well as other sounds that may be difficult for L2 learners to acquire.
