Hence, I am looking for an individual or a builder who wishes to (re-)sell a building plot

• with a valid Certificate d'Urbanisme (CU)

• with a soil study (g1)

• with water and electricity nearby (or (partially) serviced)

• preferably not a subdivision (!)

• with a surface area of approximately 1000 m2 (more or less will also be considered)

• in/around an active town, not isolated, and not far from commerce

• NB an existing building to be renovated/extended will also be considered

• ...
