Is this a commercial project?

This project is a personal endeavour with the main objective to build a ecological and sustainable dwelling for private use ("Un domicile").

Where does this project take place?

This project takes place in France.

What is the initial stage about?

The first stage of this project involves an architectural design/costs study as well as understanding the associated requirements that are needed to be in compliance with French building and environmental regulations. 

This will ultimately result in a set of documents that provides all the preliminary details that are needed to obtain

• Un Attestation RE-2020 (compliance document)

• Un Permis de Construire  (building permit)

What is the second stage about?

The second stage consists of finding/purchasing a plot of land and to adjust the project plans accordingly such that they can support the definitive building permit application.

Am I looking for a plot of land?

Yes, as a potential friendly and considered neighbour, I am looking for a plot of land in order to realize this project that has been on my mind for a long time. 

Where: latitude Bordeaux or further south. "Pas un lotissement svp".  More specifics will be added later...

The aim is to start and finish this project in 2023.

Francais/English?

Pour le moment ce site est principalement en anglais avec très peu de sections en français. Ce serait bien d'avoir le site en français et en anglais. Pour l'instant, c'est un travail en cours.

At the moment this site is mainly in English with a very few sections in French. It would be nice to have the site in both French and English. For now it is work in progress. 

When was this site published for the first time?

This site went live in May 2023 and might get updated on a regular basis.
