Dec 22nd 2018 : STEM Workshop @ Kasturiba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) Palamakula,Rangareddy Dist. residential girls’ secondary school run by Government of India for the weaker sections in India:

Conducted STEM workshop @ KGBV to 48 girl students from 9th/10th standard. Motivated children to learn Science and Mathematics with Do2Learn approach, how STEM improves logical thinking (WHY WHAT  and HOW approach) and problem solving abilities. Demonstrated LEGO Robo activities and conducted Science Quiz. Students  presented various social/environment aspects

(topics given prior to workshop) like Smart Cities, Smarter Traffic Management, Water Conservation, Envirornment Pollution etc., Students pledge to conserve energy sources and water for future. Workshop concluded with distribution of prizes and participation certificates.

Head Master smt.Madhavi expressed her gratitude for extending support to KGBV located outside of city limits and requested to conduct similar workshop to all students. Volunteers Naveen K Prathapaneni, Ram Narayan, Ramanuja Chary and Jagathi conducted the event.
