Registration

• Oral and poster presenters need to register with abstract (deadline Aug 28th -> Sept 10th)

It is kindly informed that all presentations will undergo a review process. Some presentations may not be accepted, depending on their content.

Domestic travel and accomodation expenses will be reimbursed (presenters only). Full reimbursement may not be possible in case of oversubscription

Important Notice: There is no visa support service or financial support for international travel expenses.

• Participants who do not give presentation also need to resister here (deadline Oct 1st)

Travel and accommodation expenses will not be provided to participants who do not present: Also, no assistance with visa issuance is available.
