Deadline

1. Oral and poster presentation (Aug 28th Sept. 10)

Oral and poster presenters must submit abstract no later than August 28th (Mon.) September 10th(Sun.). Use the resistration form.

Deadline extended to September 10 (Sun)!! The reimbursement (see below) will only apply to registrations made before September 4. Please note that applications to oral presentation may be reassigned to poster presentations after careful review.

2. Audience without presentation (Oct 1st)

Registration is required. Deadline is October 1st. Use the resistration form.

Program

The program will be finalized by September 4th (Mon.) and posted immediately.

It will be finalized by September 13th (Wed.)!!

Travel expenses 

Oral and Poster Presenters will be reimbursed with the domestic travel and accommodation expenses.

Note that international travel expenses cannot be reimbursed.

It is also noted that no assistance with visa issuance is available.
