Q. How many times can I give exam after registration ?
প্রশ্ন: রেজিস্ট্রেশন করার পর কত বার আমি পরীক্ষা দিতে পারি?Ans. A student is eligible to sit for examination under UGB for consecutive three years in any Part but have to complete graduation within five years.
উত্তর:কোনও ছাত্র কোনও PART এ ক্রমাগত তিন বছরের জন্য UGB এর অধীনে পরীক্ষার জন্য বসতে পারে তবে পাঁচ বছরের মধ্যে স্নাতক শেষ করতে হবে।
Q. When and where shall I fill up form for University examination ?
প্রশ্ন:বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় পরীক্ষার জন্য আমি কখন এবং কোথায় আবেদন পত্র পূরণ করব?
Ans. A student has to fill up the form of 1st, 2nd and 3rd year examination in the university portal during the stipulated time period as informed through college website . After the completion of the process , the Receipt/Acknowledgement slip has to be submitted to the college office for further approval.
উত্তর:একটি ছাত্রকে কলেজের ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে জানানো নির্দিষ্ট সময়সীমার মধ্যে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের পোর্টালে 1st, 2nd and 3rd year পরীক্ষার আবেদন পত্র পূরণ করতে হবে। প্রক্রিয়া শেষ হওয়ার পর, কলেজের অফিসে অনুমোদনের জন্য প্রাপ্তি / স্বীকৃতি(Receipt/Acknowledgement ) স্লিপ জমা দিতে হবে।
Q. Can I apply for review or reassess of all papers?
প্রশ্ন:আমি কি সব পত্র(Paper) এ পুনর্মূল্যায়নের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারি?
Ans. Application can be done for review/reassess of only theoretical/ descriptive papers . In case of MCQ papers, application can be done for RTI to be processed in UGB.
উত্তর:আবেদন শুধুমাত্র তাত্ত্বিক / বর্ণনামূলক পত্র(Paper) এ পুনর্মূল্যায়নের জন্য করা যেতে পারে। MCQ পত্র(Paper) এর ক্ষেত্রে, RTI প্রক্রিয়াকরণের জন্য UGB তে আবেদন করা যেতে পারে।
Q. Can I get grace marks in all the university examination ?
প্রশ্ন:আমি কি সব বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় পরীক্ষায় অনুগ্রহ (Grace) নম্বর পেতে পারি?
Ans. A student can get grace marks only in 3RD YEAR and that too according to the norms of UGB if needed.
উত্তর:একজন শিক্ষার্থী শুধুমাত্র 3 য় বছর অনুগ্রহ (Grace) নম্বর পেতে পারে UGB এর নিয়ম অনুযায়ী যদি প্রয়োজন হয়।
Q. What is the procedure to apply to university for any official process?
প্রশ্ন:কোন সরকারী প্রক্রিয়ার জন্য বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় এ আবেদন/ দরখাস্ত করার পদ্ধতি কি?
Ans. If any student wants to apply for any document or official process to University , he / she has to apply to college office and get it verified/ forwarded from the particular authority before sending to university.
উত্তর:যদি কোন ছাত্র বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে কোনও নথিপত্র বা সরকারী প্রক্রিয়ার জন্য আবেদন করতে চায়, তাকে কলেজ অফিসে আবেদন করতে হবে এবং বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে পাঠানোর আগে নির্দিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছ থেকে যাচাই / ফরোয়ার্ড করতে হবে।
